  • Well, training i going well, except over the weekend. I’ve just worn myself out! But I’ll be ok tomorrow and then back at it again!! Wushu is going really well. Strange to say, but I am still injury free and getting a lot stronger! Weight is slowly but steadily dropping too. I am really hoping to be doing quite well by the end of the year!! Still got quite a bit to go, but I’m getting there. Just curious to see how it goes this week. I tweaked my knee doing jump kicks last week, and it’s still a tiny bit weak, but it’s better than it was! I think I hyperextended it when I landed. Oh well, as long as it feels better by tomorro night and it already does. Better take it easy on it tomorrow though!! And I need to get myself some good protein powder!! I don’t think I’m getting protein!! I’m busting my ass trying to keep the muscle that I have and get rid of the fat, so I have got to make sure I train to keep it and also eat right as well!! I want my GI Jane body!! GI Jen. LOL! But a GI Jen that does Wushu. LOL!


    Had to chill out today. I worked two double shifts this weekend including working overnight last night and didn’t get much sleep today, so I rescheduled my weight training until Friday. That way I can still get all my workouts in this week. And DAMN!! Working overnight makes me stupid the next day!! LOL! I have never seen so many typos in everything that I type, and I also can’t talk!! LOL! Everyone that I have spoken to today, says that I sound terrible!! LOL! I’m just TIRED!!!!!! LOL! DAMN!!! LOL!


    Retook my CNA assessment exam today and only missed 3 this time. So I should be hearing back from St Joe’s hospital sometime soon to schedule for an interview!! I hope that I get hired by them!! And I am also going to be moving back in with my parents for a bit so that I can save up some money and get back into school. Want to go back and get my RN!!
